Trinity | Clinic is a colonic hydrotherapy clinic that specialises in detoxification and rejuvination.

Colonic Hydrotherapy

For thousands of years Ayurvedic medicine has been using colon cleansing as its basis for great health and longevity.  Colonic Hydrotherapy, in conjunction with dietary and lifestyle changes, can help to rid the body of many common symptoms that we suffer from today, including constipation, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and difficulty losing weight.

- SINGLE COLONIC (90 mins): £70
- COURSE OF 3 COLONICS: £180 (save £30)

Colonic hydrotherapy is a safe and gentle treatment, allowing filtered water into the colon via the rectum, while simultaneously allowing waste to flow out.  The therapy is not painful, but there can be some sporadic discomfort in the abdomen for some clients.  The treatment is hygienic and odourless, it lasts approximately 45 minutes and it is carried out in a private and relaxing environment.  Trinity | Wellbeing offers 90 minute appointment slots to ensure that our clients have plenty of time to feel settled before and after their session.  The first treatment includes a free 30 minute health consultation.

Eat a light, whole foods diet for up to 3 days before having a colonic for better results. Since your abdomen will be massaged, it is also a good idea to eat or drink lightly in the 2 hours immediately preceding a colonic.

If any of the following apply to you, your therapist may not be able to treat you at the present time:

•Recent surgery to the rectum or abdomen (less than 12 weeks)
•Abdominal hernia
•Severe haemorrhoids or anal/abdominal fissures or fistulas
•Spinal injury above T6
•Bowel perforation
•Cancer of the rectum or bowel
•Blood pressure above 160/100
•Heart disease
•Kidney disease
•Liver/Gall bladder disease
•Severe Anaemia
•Severe or uncontrolled diabetes
•Long term oral steroid use

Please note that there are some contraindications that will not restrict the treatment if you have obtained medical permission.
